A few years ago, I was asked to create small collection of ties and bow ties for a couple's wedding day here in California. The groom's fiancé entrusted him with the task of getting all the ties for his groomsmen. She is a pretty trusting gal, I couldn't let her down!
During the process of making those ties and bow ties, we had the idea of pairing the neckwear with leather suspenders - totally old school. I had a feeling it would be cool and I have to admit, I was right! The suspenders turned out so beautifully that I just had to make them available for you guys here on the site.
You guys loved the elastic suspenders so much, I can't wait for you to check these out too.
These leather suspenders are .75" wide with a leather cross patch in the back which has the discreet Blade Blue logo embossing. The antique brass finger-clasps will provide a sturdy and clean attachment to your trousers or jeans.
The front straps are adjustable through the handsome brass buckle.
The reverse side has a formal "Y" shape with just a single strap emerging from the rear cross patch.
I am so proud of the way these turned out, I hope you like them too.
These suspenders were made in California, just a few miles away from the Blade Blue studio.
